1. INTRODUCTION AND DEFINITIONS

1.1. Welcome to Posh Perfumes. These terms and conditions govern the sale of
fragrances and related products by Posh Perfumes ("we," "us," "our") to
customers ("you," "your").
1.2. By using our website or placing an order, you accept these conditions.
Please read them carefully.
1.3. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into
legally binding contracts.
1.4. We supply Products for domestic and private use only. You agree not to use
the Products for commercial, business, or resale purposes.

2. WEBSITE USAGE AND ACCOUNT
2.1. To place an order, you must:
  • Provide your real name, contact information, and payment details
  • Provide a valid delivery address
  • Possess a valid payment method that works on our website
2.2. You agree not to use the Website for criminal, fraudulent, or illegal activity
or in any manner which would cause harm or distress to any third party.
2.3. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the
Website at any time without notice if we suspect fraudulent activity.

3. ORDERS AND PRICING
3.1. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
3.2. Prices are in Euros and include VAT at the current rate.
3.3. Images are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual
product received.
3.4. All stock and prices are subject to availability. Items added to the basket
may change as you proceed to checkout.
3.5. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will not be liable to
supply items at incorrectly stated prices.4. PAYMENT

4.1. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
4.2. We accept payment via:
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • PayPal
  • Bank Transfer

4.3. You are responsible for any charges or payment processing fees associated
with your chosen payment method.
4.4. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method unless
otherwise agreed by management.


5. DELIVERY
5.1. Standard delivery within Ireland takes 3-8 working days from the day of
contract.
5.2. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
5.3. Free delivery, where offered, applies to standard delivery only.
5.4. You must notify us if your Irish order has not arrived after 15 working
days (30 working days for international orders).
5.5. Import duties or customs charges for international deliveries are the
recipient's responsibility.


6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
6.1. Under the Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your
order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
6.2. For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrances that have been opened, used, or
had their seals broken cannot be returned.
6.3. Returns Process:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receipt
  • Package the unused, sealed product securely
  • Include your order number and return reason
  • Send to our designated returns address
6.4. Returns shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is
faulty.
6.5. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
In addition, we do not accept returns on Discovery Sets or samples.

7. PRODUCT SAFETY AND DISCLAIMERS
7.1. Products are not for consumption and must be kept out of reach of
children.
7.2. Seek medical advice before use if you:
  • Are pregnant or nursing
  • Have heart disease, epilepsy, high blood pressure, or diabetes
  • Have any medical condition affected by essential oils or fragrances

7.3. Staining Risks:

  • Products may permanently stain clothing, furniture, and surfaces
  • Test products on an inconspicuous area first
  • Allow full absorption before contact with clothing
  • Some stains may be permanent

8. GENERAL PROVISIONS
8.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be
effective immediately upon posting.
8.2. Any complaints should be made by email to info@republicofoud.com and
will be acknowledged within 7 working days.
8.3. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes will be
determined exclusively by the Irish Courts
